Amazing Tomato Sauce

I'm back home in Pasadena. It's months after our trip, but I've been thinking about the best pasta sauce I've had in my life. I've been obsessing about it, because I typically don't like stewed pasta sauce that much, but this sauce was different and I believe made from fresh tomatoes. Light, sunny, not as bitter as a canned tomato.

I couldn't remember the name of the London restaurant where we ate, but after much Googling, I found it. It's called Da Mario.
